In Feb. '97 he lead the planting of 21 Oak Trees on the hiking trail at Rocky Peak and the building of a bench that over looks the entire Simi Valley. After planting the trees they
will have to be watered and fertilized through the summer months. |

From the moment Josh
looked into an Eagle Project he showed his leadership ability. He wanted a project that would leave a lasting benefit to the community, so he chose a trail that not only needed trail reconditioning, but needed some railroad ties that would help make it easier to walk on and help to deter erosion |

Coming soon as I get pictures John had to actually plan 2 Eagle projects. After many hours of planning and making of blueprints he had to switch projects due to the lack of material donations to complete it. His second project was refurbishing a section of trail at the Placerita Canyon Nature Center |
